Werribee Electricians Who Turn Up When They Say
Licensed electrical work for homes and businesses across Werribee and the western suburbs — from dead powerpoints to full switchboard upgrades.
Services built for Werribee
Switchboard Upgrades & Safety Switches
Old ceramic fuses and rewireable boards replaced with a modern board, RCBOs on every circuit and proper labelling. A must if you're adding a split system or an EV charger.
Powerpoints, Lighting & Fans
Extra double GPOs in the kitchen or garage, LED downlight changeovers, outdoor sensor lights and ceiling fans in the bedrooms — hung straight, wired properly, mess cleaned up.
Fault Finding & Repairs
Power out in half the house, a breaker that keeps tripping or lights flickering. We trace the actual cause rather than guessing, then explain what needs replacing before we do it.
Commercial & Fitout Work
Shop, warehouse and office work around Werribee's industrial pockets — new circuits for equipment, three phase, exit and emergency lighting, data cabling and test and tag.
EV Chargers & Solar Connections
Home EV charger installation on a dedicated circuit with the right load calculations, plus solar inverter connections, battery isolators and switchboard changes to suit.
Smoke Alarms & Safety Checks
Interconnected 240V smoke alarms installed and tested, plus pre-sale and pre-rental electrical safety checks so landlords and vendors know where they stand.
Your local Werribee crew
Raizen Electrical is an electrical contracting business working across Werribee and the surrounding west — Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Point Cook, Wyndham Vale, Truganina, Williams Landing and Altona Meadows. It's an area of real contrasts: older weatherboard and brick homes around Werribee South and Chirnside Park still running tired switchboards, and brand new estates in Tarneit and Wyndham Vale where families are adding air conditioning, EV chargers and outdoor lighting not long after handover. Both bring their own headaches, and both need the job done to the wiring rules rather than the quick way. Whether it's one dead powerpoint or a full house rewire, you get a clear explanation of the work and a price before anything starts.

Questions, answered
Do you charge for a quote?
Quotes are free and no-obligation for planned work like lighting, powerpoints, switchboard upgrades and fitouts. Fault finding is different — that's charged as labour, because tracing the problem is the work. We'll always tell you the rate before we start.},{"q":1}
My switchboard has old ceramic fuses. Is that a problem?
It's common in older Werribee homes and it's not automatically dangerous, but those boards have no safety switches, so there's nothing protecting you from a shock. They also can't handle the load of modern appliances. An upgrade adds RCBO protection to every circuit.
Can you install an EV charger at my place?
Yes. It needs its own dedicated circuit back to the switchboard, and we check your existing supply and board capacity first — plenty of homes need a board or main upgrade to run one safely. We'll tell you upfront what's involved.
How quickly can you get to a power outage?
Give us a call on 0422 257 523 and we'll let you know honestly when we can be there. Loss of power, burning smells, sparking outlets or a hot switchboard get priority over cosmetic work like new downlights.
Do you do the electrical safety check for a rental property?
Yes. Victorian rental providers need electrical safety checks every two years, covering socket outlets, switches, light fittings and the switchboard. We carry out the check and provide documentation you can keep on file for the property.
